Services
- Repair Estimates - Using industry giant software, Xactimate, we will prepare repair estimates based on your authorization and scope. We have experienced, former insurance company adjusters on staff to meet this growing need. (Please note, we will not be acting as independant adjusters)
- Salvage & Recovery - By providing KCS (Kayjo Consignment Salvage) with basic claim information, we will make necessary arrangements to recover re-sellable items.
- Auctions and Sales- Proceeds from salvaged items re-sold at auction or point of sale transactions will be shared with the insurance company.
- Debris Removal - Upon receiving authority, we will enter a claim site and discard all non-resellable items.
Billing
Primary billing for these services will be calculated on a time and expense basis which will reflect the most recent demolition costs as listed in Xactimate estimating software.
Specialty billing may be discussed on an individual claim basis and will be based on the precise calculation as entered into the Xactimate estimating software.
The Xactimate estimated cost to remove and discard kitchen cabinets is the same, regardless of who performs the task.
